Weekend plans usually include: sleeping in (only until 8 AM because our furry alarm clocks want breakfast), walking the dogs, enjoying brunch, a work out, catching up on some work, tidying the house before heading out to dinner and drinks in Tokyo.
Somewhere in between Friday night and Sunday night, I find some time to relax with a good book and a “spa day”. It’s important to find time for self-care. Often, we are busy taking care of other people that we do not take time for ourselves. It’s perfectly healthy to defend your “me time” because self-care should not be a reward, but part of a routine.
Soaking in a warm bath is a great way to relax…Below are photos of a romantic milk bath photography session of beautiful Lisa. I love boudoir photoshoots. These photos are filled with calm pastels, soft whites, lace, and flowers in a luxurious milk bath. I hope that this milk bath photography inspires you to carve out some time out of your busy day to relax, unwind, and practice some self-care.
Lisa wore a beautiful floor-length, white lace number that was classically romantic.
Lisa is beautiful with stunning green eyes!
Warmly,
