Love is best discussed over hot pizza. Patrick called it…boldly and with honest conviction–how he intended to marry Trang. This didn’t happen on the fifth or fifteenth date. It happened on their first date!
Trang remembers feelings of flight, but she’s so glad that she didn’t run away after that first date. Even though she didn’t feel ready to start a relationship at the time, Patrick was the right guy!
They’ve both been supportive of each other with everything, including their careers. Trang is an emergency room Physician Assistant and Patrick is a business analyst in health insurance. They were introduced to each other by mutual friends, and have been dating for over five years. They’re engaged and now getting married!

The two are engaged to be married at Carmel Mountain Ranch Estate, and they absolutely cannot wait to make it official! Only their family members will be in attendance for an intimate garden wedding at Carmel Mountain Ranch.
How He Proposed:
Trang had a trip planned with her sister to see a play in San Francisco. Patrick took advantage of this pre-planned trip, so that Trang wouldn’t be suspicious.
A bad case of food poisoning nearly messed up Patrick’s plans, but he managed to pull everything together. It was a perfect proposal at Land’s End with a great view of the Golden Gate bridge.
They say that opposites attract, and this rings true for these two. Trang is more of an optimist. She loves to be out exploring new places and being in the company of friends. Patrick is more of a pragmatic and is perfectly content spending time at home with their puppy. Together they have taught one another to enjoy traveling and adventure as much as quiet times at home.
Their engagement session during sunset at Windandsea beach was romantic, with a cozy, and casual outfit change in the end.
Their wedding in San Diego is going to be lovely and I’m excited to tell their wedding day story with photographs.
