my and Joseph are getting married in one of the most beautiful places in San Diego…Balboa Park! They decided to also have their engagement session there. There’s a never ending list of picturesque places at Balboa Park, which is a popular place for tourists to visit while in San Diego.
Balboa Park is special to both of them for many reasons. Mainly because they spend a lot of time at Balboa Park, and some of the gorgeous architecture brings Amy back to where Joseph asked her to be his wife. It wasn’t in Balboa Park in San Diego, but in Cancun!
I adore this next photo of the happy couple. Under the archways in the most private hallway in Balboa Park at the time, Joseph takes Amy’s hands and slow dances with her. It was such a romantic moment… I love it!
“I can’t count how many reasons why I love Joseph, but to start, he is incredibly loving. He is probably the most thoughtful person I know and continues to make me feel lucky and special each day. Everyday I am happy to see him because he has such a great personality, he is encouraging, and a true gentleman,” Amy said about her fiance.
How He Proposed:
Towards the end of our Balboa Park engagement session, I took Amy and Joseph to an enchanted spot. I love the series of black and white photos below. Doesn’t it look like a page from a fairytale?
Joseph gave Amy a rose gold diamond ring, which I think is beautiful and unique.
Amy and Joseph have a sense of adventure and have a host of plans for the future. “We both really enjoy traveling. We have so many plans for the future, that include living abroad in Germany, Australia, or New Zealand. We love cooking, running, trying new restaurants and anything you can do at Balboa Park,” Amy said.
