I
have had the pleasure of meeting some talented people in the wedding industry here in Southern California, and one of them is Jeremy. He’s got a magnetic personality, great energy and professionalism, and a love for music. This fantastic mix of qualities make him an awesome DJ for weddings and events throughout San Diego.
Jeremy wanted to update his business headshot for his website and professional networking accounts, so we put something on the books. Our headshot session took place in UTC in La Jolla, California. Below are a few favorite headshot photos of Jeremy.
Our headshot session was held right before sunset at UTC in La Jolla, CA which allowed us for some various backgrounds outdoors, and beautiful, natural light for headshots. Jeremy wanted to convey both his fun personality, and professionalism in his business headshots. I think he nailed it!
Jeremy owns the San Diego based company, DJ Hersch and loves what he does. He currently is struggling to fit all of his lighting and sound equipment in his car because he’s had some amazing growth in his business, requiring more and more equipment. Jeremy has experience covering a wide array of events in San Diego, including weddings, big and small, and corporate events. “I truly enjoy being a part of weddings. It is humbling when a bride and groom allow me to be a part of their wedding,” Jeremy said.
I asked Jeremy what his favorite project was. He described a recent wedding where the wedding venue was at a local lake in San Diego,”There was no infrastructure, just a lake! We had to bring everything to the lake. Needless to say, the wedding was amazing. It was uniquely beautiful to celebrate a wedding in a nature-rich environment.” I love that he shared this with us because it provides insight to the preparation and planning that goes into making sure a mission-critical event, like a wedding goes smoothly.
There’s a mix of qualities that make Jeremy successful in his job as a DJ for weddings and events in San Diego. I echo his sentiments, “Preparation and planning. I feel it is vital to meet with clients before their event and get a understanding of the entire event, not just the entertainment. The more I know about the clients personally, the better prepared I will be to make sure the event is perfect!”
