It was friendship at first sight when Kirstin met CJ at her new job. They became close friends and later began dating.
Kirstin and CJ got engaged and couldn’t wait to begin their life together as a married couple. On a beautiful summer afternoon in July, they exchanged vows that they wrote themselves.
The sun began to set as we took their romantic wedding photos…just the two of them under willow trees.
There’s something wildly romantic about elopements. A wedding couldn’t get anymore intimate than an elopement.
Here are a few favorite photos from this beautiful couple’s elopement in San Diego.
CJ took Kirstin in his arms for their first dance. They swayed to palm trees in the breeze as the sun slipped behind rooftops. They did it! They’re married!
Congratulations, Kirstin and CJ! Thank you so much for allowing me to tell your wedding story in photographs.
Warmly,
With COVID-19 postponing weddings and gatherings with family and friends, many engaged couples are choosing to have a more intimate wedding or to elope in a romantic place in San Diego.
If you’d like to have me document your San Diego elopement and have your romantic wedding photos taken, please contact me! I’d love to share more information about our elopement and wedding photography services.
