xcited chatter in the quick cadence of the Portuguese language bubbled in the bridal suite at Ponte Winery in Temecula, California. Pairs of manicured hands ducked and dove in the air in emphasis–an extension of the tongue. In the middle of hair and makeup, surrounded by her dearest friends, I spot the gorgeous bride–already stunning despite having curlers in her hair. She greets me with warmth and welcome, and one kiss on each cheek–akin to Brazilian custom. “Thank you so much for being here” are the first word she utters. This genuine gratitude and kindness that both Veronica and Kyle exude spill abundantly and with sincerity–making them a joy to work with from our very first meeting.
Throughout the wedding day at Ponte Winery, I would overhear both the bride and groom thank wedding vendors and friends. Veronica and Kyle are a beautiful couple, and that beauty stems from their warm hearts. It’s no wonder that many friends and family wouldn’t miss their big day for the world. Many wedding guests flew across continents to celebrate their wedding day in the wine country of Temecula, California.

Their wedding is a blend of rustic elegance and luxurious softness, with carefully curated details that are special to the bride and groom. White and ivory florals, lush blooms, and green foliage create an eclectic garden-inspired wedding. It was brilliant and beautiful how natural elements were brought indoors–blurring lines between the indoor and outdoors.
The beautiful bride wore a gorgeous custom Marisa Bridal Gown that she completely altered to suit her unique style. The off shoulder sleeves and sweetheart neckline of her bridal gown were just a few of the romantic details and dress customizations. Her reception dress from Grace and Hart in Australia was equally stunning.
The groom surprised his bride with a heartfelt note and wedding day gift from Tiffany that complimented her simply elegant bridal details. The tassels in her nude Jimmy Choo shoes are playful and beautiful.
Veronica and Kyle’s invitations were a hint to the beautifully designed wedding to follow. I love that their invitation was made of wood, accompanied with watercolor fauna!
Their eclectic garden-inspired wedding at one of the most beautiful wineries in Temecula was breathtaking. Ponte Winery, with its ivy walls, white rose gardens, lush foliage, and luxurious yet rustic elegance, lent itself perfectly to Veronica and Kyle’s amazing vision for their wedding day.

Kyle couldn’t keep his eyes off his gorgeous bride, Veronica.
Over six years in the making, Veronica and Kyle’s beautiful marriage begins that day. It all began with a chance meeting at a small cafe, which led to a series of serendipity that could only mean their paths were meant to cross… and stay together.
The bride and groom built a chevron wooden photo backdrop themselves! The wooden wall installation was adorned with loosely and beautifully arranged white and ivory blooms.
I love this portrait of the bride in her custom gown that she designed herself. I especially loved how her wedding dress was off-shoulder!
The groom and groomsmen wore sharp gray suits.
The beautiful bridesmaids wore mismatched floor-length dresses in various designs in blush pink and millennial pink. 
Ponte Winery’s garden pavilion overlooking the rolling wine country hills and acres of vineyards make an amazing place to say “I do.”
Statement furniture from the bride and groom’s own home were brought to the ceremony site. Framed images from their engagement session welcomed guests, with a playful invitation to take a polaroid, grab a parasol, and flower petals to throw.
I love the beauty and practicality of Veronica and Kyle’s wedding favors! Each guest would take home a bottle of gourmet extra virgin olive oil. Gorgeous corked glass jars of tuscan herb olive oil for wedding guests to take home and enjoy were displayed in rustic, wooden shelves decorated with rosemary. The calligraphy signage was both in Portuguese and English. What a treat to cook with the olive oil and look back on an amazing wedding day.
Tables centerpieces were decorated with glass topiaries in geometric shapes, along with white and ivory florals, candles, and wooden elements. The garden was brought indoors for the wedding reception at Ponte Winery.
Gold silverware complimented the white and green garden details.
The bride and groom’s sweetheart table was absolutely beautiful! It is no surprise how the design elements were so stunning with the bride working in the field of interior design.

I love that the bride and groom chose organic, natural details that perfectly complimented the venue. Wooden beams on the ceilings of the reception at Ponte Winery became even more beautiful. The large chandelier was also decorated with foliage that hung above the reception area.
I adore that the beautiful bridesmaids wore mismatched long dresses in varying pastel pinks and blush.
The garden concept continued to reception as outdoor elements were brought in creating an outdoor/indoor reception. Beautifully done!
After the ceremony, we walked to the vineyards for romantic portraits. It was a windy day, but I think it worked in Veronica and Kyle’s favor.

Cognac leather chairs, a vintage couch, and neutral poufs right on the vineyard was such an inviting place to lounge.
After first dances, the bride surprised her husband with an amazing dance performance by Brazilian dancers!!!
There was so much happiness, energy, and excitement at Ponte Winery that day!
The dessert table was divine–assorted sweets, cakes, pastries, and macarons to satisfy any sweet tooth.
The gelato bar offerings included mojito flavored gelato, and coffee, among others!
The wooden wall installation that displayed escort cards doubled as a display for polaroid photos taken by guests.
It was the happiest day for the newlyweds!

Kyle, Veronica has such a bright spirit all on her own, but it’s amazing how much happier she is when you are near her.
